We collect the email address you provide when signing in. When you place an order, we collect the creative brief you submit (business name, style preferences, and keywords). We do not store payment card details — payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email is used to authenticate you, send your magic sign-in link, and deliver your completed jingle files. Your brief is used exclusively to generate your custom audio. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
3. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set.
4. Data Retention
Your account and order history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us at support@jinglecraft.agency.
5. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session tokens are signed and expire automatically. We use Neon serverless Postgres with encrypted connections for all database access.
