1. Acceptance of Terms
By using JingleCraft AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
JingleCraft generates custom AI audio — jingles, intros, outros, and sonic branding — based on briefs you provide. You understand that results are AI-generated and are delivered on a best-effort basis.
3. Free Trial
Your first jingle preview is free. The preview is a watermarked, low-quality version for evaluation only. A paid purchase is required to unlock full-quality files and the commercial license.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are one-time and processed securely by Stripe. Due to the custom nature of AI-generated audio, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the delivered file is technically defective (e.g., corrupted, silent). Dissatisfaction with creative output does not qualify for a refund; revisions are included per tier instead.
5. License
Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, commercial license to use the delivered audio in your business content, advertisements, and media. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw audio files to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated audio you purchase is licensed to you for use as described above. JingleCraft retains no rights to restrict your commercial use of the delivered audio.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use JingleCraft to generate content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
JingleCraft AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated by email.
